Welcome to Wellow, a personal time tracking and activity management application. By accessing or using the Wellow mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Wellow is a personal time tracking and activity management app that helps users transform how they live their time. The app allows users to track different activities throughout their day in categories, visualizing time spent through a donut chart interface that shows how users allocate their time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Wellow, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Wellow offers authentication through Apple Sign-In.

4. User Data

Wellow collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Wellow, you consent to such processing and you represent that all data you provide is accurate.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Wellow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use Wellow:

• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of Wellow

Wellow and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Wellow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Wellow immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

Wellow is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that Wellow will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors or viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in our application prior to the changes becoming effective.
